Welcome to Anyone Has a Price

At Anyone Has a Price, we've created a unique platform where fans can make custom requests to creators, with payments held securely in escrow until fulfilled. Our name reflects our core philosophy: individual freedom and choice. We believe in creating a space where creativity and connection can flourish, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, privacy, and respect.

Purpose of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines establish the standards of behavior and content that we expect from all users of our platform. They are designed to:

  • Ensure a safe environment for all users
  • Protect privacy and personal information
  • Foster a culture of mutual respect
  • Maintain the integrity of our platform
  • Provide clarity on what is and isn't acceptable

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

2. SAFETY - ENSURING A SECURE ENVIRONMENT

Safety is our top priority. To maintain a secure environment for all users, the following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited:

Violent Speech

You may not threaten, incite, glorify, or express a desire for violence or harm. This includes:

  • Direct threats against individuals or groups
  • Glorification of violence or violent acts
  • Content that encourages others to engage in harmful activities
  • Celebrating or praising acts of violence

Violent & Hateful Entities

You cannot affiliate with or promote the activities of violent and hateful entities, including:

  • Terrorist organizations
  • Hate groups
  • Violent extremist groups
  • Organizations that promote discrimination or violence

Child Sexual Exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. Any content or behavior that exploits or harms children will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Content that sexualizes minors
  • Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child abuse
  • Any attempt to use our platform to harm children

Abuse/Harassment

You may not engage in abusive behavior or harassment, including:

  • Targeted harassment of individuals
  • Coordinated attacks against users
  • Encouraging others to harass an individual or group
  • Unwanted sexual advances or comments
  • Persistent, unwanted contact or attention

Hateful Conduct

You may not attack or demean others based on:

  • Race or ethnicity
  • National origin or caste
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender or gender identity
  • Religious affiliation
  • Age
  • Disability
  • Serious disease or medical condition

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or intolerance is not permitted.

Perpetrators of Violent Attacks

We will remove any accounts maintained by:

  • Individual perpetrators of terrorist acts
  • Violent extremists
  • Perpetrators of mass violent attacks

We will also remove content that disseminates manifestos or other materials produced by such perpetrators.

Suicide and Self-Harm

You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm. This includes:

  • Content that glorifies or promotes suicide
  • Instructions on self-harm methods
  • Content that encourages others to harm themselves

Supportive discussions about mental health, recovery, and awareness are permitted when handled sensitively and constructively.

Sensitive Media

You may not post media that is:

  • Excessively gory
  • Gratuitously violent
  • Sexually explicit in public areas of the platform
  • Depicting sexual violence or assault

Profile pictures, header images, and other public-facing media must be appropriate for all audiences.

Illegal or Certain Regulated Goods or Services

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including:

  • Selling or facilitating illegal goods or services
  • Promoting illegal activities
  • Circumventing laws or regulations
  • Trading in certain regulated goods or services without proper authorization

Sexual Solicitation

While our platform allows for creative requests, you cannot use it to:

  • Offer or solicit sexual services
  • Engage in sexual exploitation or trafficking
  • Share content that objectifies or degrades individuals
  • Provide contact information for the purpose of sexual solicitation

3. PRIVACY - PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Respecting privacy is essential to maintaining trust on our platform. The following privacy violations are strictly prohibited:

Private Information Protection

You may not publish or post someone else's private information without their explicit permission, including:

  • Home addresses or physical locations
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Financial information
  • Government-issued identification
  • Medical records
  • Private conversations or messages

Additionally, you may not threaten to expose someone's private information or encourage others to do so.

Non-Consensual Nudity

Sharing or posting intimate photos or videos of someone without their consent is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Revenge porn
  • Deepfakes of an intimate nature
  • Creepshots or upskirt imagery
  • Sexually explicit content shared without consent
  • Threatening to post intimate imagery

Account Security

You must not:

  • Attempt to access another user's account
  • Use or attempt to use credentials, passwords, or tokens belonging to others
  • Hack, phish, or otherwise compromise account security
  • Share account access with unauthorized third parties

Communication Privacy

All communications between fans and creators on our platform are encrypted end-to-end. You should:

  • Respect the confidentiality of your conversations
  • Not share private communications without consent
  • Be aware that communications may be decrypted in the event of a dispute

Request and Decline Etiquette

For Fans:

  • Make clear, specific requests
  • Accept declines gracefully
  • Do not pressure creators after a decline
  • Provide reasonable timeframes for fulfillment

For Creators:

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Be clear about what you can and cannot fulfill
  • Deliver what was promised if you accept a request
  • Communicate any delays or issues promptly

Freedom from Judgment

We do not tolerate:

  • Shaming others for their requests
  • Criticizing creators for their boundaries
  • Harassment based on content preferences
  • Public ridicule of any user

5. GLOBAL USE & LOCAL LAWS

Anyone Has a Price welcomes users from around the world. As a global platform, we expect all users to:

Compliance with Local Regulations

  • Understand and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction
  • Recognize that what is legal in one country may be illegal in another
  • Take responsibility for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful

Regional Content Considerations

  • Be aware that certain content may be subject to regional restrictions
  • Understand that our moderation may take into account local legal requirements
  • Respect cultural differences and sensitivities

Cross-Border Transactions

  • All payments are processed in USD
  • Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees
  • International transactions must comply with relevant financial regulations
  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties

6. PLATFORM TRANSPARENCY

We believe in being transparent about how our platform operates:

Relationship with Instagram

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta
  • We only collect publicly available information from Instagram accounts
  • Linking your Instagram account does not give us access to your Instagram password
  • If you wish to not appear on our website, contact our support

Escrow System

  • All payments for requests are held in escrow until fulfilled
  • Funds are released to creators only after they mark a request as fulfilled
  • Funds are typically held for 5-14 days after fulfillment
  • Disputes may delay the release of funds from escrow

Refund Policy

  • If a creator declines a request, you will receive a full refund
  • Fans can cancel requests before they are accepted for a full refund
  • Refunds may be issued if a dispute is resolved in favor of the fan
  • No refunds are provided for fulfilled requests

Dispute Resolution

  • Fans may file disputes if they believe a request was not fulfilled as agreed
  • Disputes must be filed within 3 days after a creator marks a request as fulfilled
  • Filing a dispute authorizes us to decrypt and review related communications
  • Our moderation team will review disputes within 7 days
  • All dispute decisions are final

7. CONTENT GUIDELINES

Acceptable Request Types

Requests on our platform should be:

  • Clear and specific
  • Legal and compliant with our guidelines
  • Realistic in scope and timeframe
  • Respectful of creator boundaries

Content Ownership and Rights

  • Creators retain ownership of all content they create
  • Fans receive a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use
  • Redistribution of creator content is not permitted without explicit permission
  • Copyright infringement is strictly prohibited

Content Quality Expectations

While we do not dictate artistic standards, we expect:

  • Good faith efforts to fulfill requests as agreed
  • Reasonable quality based on the creator's established work
  • Clear communication about what will be delivered
  • Honesty about capabilities and limitations

Prohibited Content Categories

In addition to the safety violations outlined above, the following content is prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive content
  • Content that impersonates others
  • Spam or excessive self-promotion
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without proper credentials
  • Content that exploits or harms vulnerable individuals

8. COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

Respectful Communication

All communications on our platform should be:

  • Respectful and courteous
  • Clear and honest
  • Free from harassment or abuse
  • Mindful of boundaries

Messaging Etiquette

We encourage:

  • Prompt responses to messages
  • Clear communication about expectations
  • Professional and respectful language
  • Transparency about capabilities and limitations

Prohibited Communication Behaviors

The following are not permitted:

  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Excessive or unwanted contact after a decline
  • Attempts to circumvent the platform's payment system
  • Sharing external contact information to move transactions off-platform

Reporting Inappropriate Communications

If you receive inappropriate communications:

  • Use the report function within the message interface
  • Do not engage with or escalate the situation
  • Save evidence of the inappropriate behavior
  • Contact support if you feel unsafe or threatened

9. ENFORCEMENT & REPORTING

Guideline Enforcement Process

Our enforcement process is:

  • Consistent and fair
  • Scaled to the severity of the violation
  • Informed by context and user history
  • Designed to maintain platform integrity

Violation Reporting Procedure

To report a violation:

  1. Use the report function near the content or user profile
  2. Select the appropriate category for the violation
  3. Provide any relevant details or context
  4. Submit the report for review

Review Timeframes

We aim to review reports within:

  • 24 hours for severe violations (safety, exploitation)
  • 48 hours for serious violations (harassment, hate speech)
  • 7 days for standard violations (content issues, disputes)

Appeal Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error:

  1. Contact support with the subject "Guideline Appeal"
  2. Provide your account information and the action in question
  3. Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
  4. Include any relevant evidence or context

Graduated Response to Violations

Our response to violations typically follows this pattern:

  1. First violation: Warning and content removal
  2. Second violation: Temporary suspension (1-7 days)
  3. Third violation: Longer suspension (7-30 days)
  4. Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination

Certain severe violations may result in immediate permanent suspension.
